HELP!! QUESTION RE BLOGGER

does anyone know how i can break up the blog entries into paragraphs without having to use the p symbol in html? It's time consuming.There must be way in settings to have it paragraph each section automatically. The only other option i have is to blockquote each section. Hope you can help. If it's the theme-i would consider a change just to make the blog easier to read. Thank you!
