Perhaps someone could answer this for me.Is it that Mikes message is not getting out to the Catholic voter? Is it that McCain has so got it over on ppl about his record? Is it that most Catholics don't consider abortion a primary issue?
If that's the case, then evidently a lot of Catholics aren't getting(or don't want to)the teaching of the Church re this issue. It's been clear. It's been consistent. It's been covered in encyclicals over the years and steadfastly by JPII and Paul VI in those encylicals.
This is NOT the Church of the what's happening now baby.
Can someone take a stab at this? I just feel so disheartened.I would never leave Holy Mother, the Church but i truly would like to know what's going on with the American Catholic voter?
Maybe Mike didn't reach out to the Catholic voter? I know there were rumors(always is during campaigns)that Mike was anti Catholic.Did that put ppl off? I feel very confident it was only a rumor. Was perhaps there an assumption on the part of Catholics that he was?
Scratches head. I'd really like to know.
