Part II The Mercy of God,Purgatory

We're up to limited atonement.Calvinists believe Jesus died only for the elect.Directly contrary to what Catholics believe. We believe Jesus died for all,for everyone.

Jesus said when He died on the cross that He would raise all men to Himself.On the cross He asked His father to forgive those who crucified because they did not know what they were doing.

We all know of people who find it hard to believe that Jesus died JUST for them. We also find people who believe that Jesus died just for them and find it hard to believe that He died for anyone else,but them.

Jesus died for both.He died for each and everyone of us & He came to redeem the whole world.
